Amazing! Sam impressed me from the beginning when I decided to rent my San Lorenzo home out and use his services. He has high standards that he holds tenants to living in properties under his care, and he matches the right people to the right house. He already had a family in mind and had my rental house occupied in no time with income coming my way before I knew it.
