We have used Village Properties for managing our rental for several years now and we couldn’t be happier. Sam is very responsive and takes an active role in keeping our renters (and us) happy. He’s got a great team of service folks lined up (paint, concrete, appliance, etc.). His communication is always prompt and clear. And he’s a great guy!
