From the start of the relationship, Village Properties shows up! Follow-up and communication are a pillar of your business process and it is stellar compared to your competitors. Coupled with a sense of the market and the ability to strategically create a marketing plan was impressive. I was reluctant to accept all items initially, but persuasion and being open to suggestions did make for the proper staging of the residence. The managing of offers and closing of escrow was not without flaw, but Jessica does not get rattled easily and was able to secure an over asking price, with no contingencies offer that I was pleased with.

Bottom line here, this was the home I grew up in. My parents were the only owners as I ended up being the family Trustee. I have a CA Real Estate license. I know the neighborhood, schools, shopping and so no. I could have sold the home myself. If I had it to do all over again, I would be calling Village Properties from the get-go.
