We have used Village Properties for managing our rental for several years now and we couldn't be happier. Sam is very responsive and takes an active role in keeping our renters (and us) happy. He's got a great team of service folks lined up (paint, concrete, appliance, etc.). His communication is always prompt and clear. And he's a great guy!

We just had the most awesome experience with both Jessica and Sam. Initially we consulted Sam about the possibility of renting out our house. Sam Medina has done a fantastic job for me for 2 1/2 years now!

I first hired him to find tenants for our rental home and manage that property. He helped determine a fair rent, found tenants, screened them well and once we filled the vacancy, he collected the rent and managed most everything to do with the house and the tenants.

Recently, our lives changed and we've decided to sell the house. He advised us on things that should be fixed/upgraded, and we had him list the house for sale. He found us a Buyer and we should be Closing that transaction just a few days from now.
